Bob's Blankie Brigade donated 68 blankets and 115 caps to University Medical Center at Princeton for patients in the Special Care Nursery, Outpatient Pediatric Clinic, Outpatient Infusion Room and Radiation Oncology Unit.
“We are so grateful to Bob’s Blankie Brigade for the time and craftsmanship they’ve put into these items,” said Paula Linhares, Director of Annual Giving at Princeton HealthCare System Foundation. “It is important to our patients to have something lovely and warm, especially at this time of year.”
WomanspaceBob's Blankie Brigade delivered 68 blankets and quilts to Womanspace for their temporary housing and domestic violence shelter.

On June 30, 2011, Bob’s Blankie Brigade
distributed 38 handmade blankets and
quilts to Womanspace. Susan Adams,
Womanspace Coordinator Volunteers and
Community Outreach, stated that, “Funding
continues to be cut for the most needful
and these special gifts of blankets reminds
Womanspace clients that they have not
been forgotten.”
In July and August, Bob’s Blankie Brigade delivered 106 knit and crochet blankets and quilts, 74 crocheted and knitted “chemo caps” and 55 knitted and crocheted preemie caps to University Medical Center Princeton (UMCP) for use in UMCP’s Oncology Unit, Special Care Nursery and Outpatient Pediatric Clinic.
